Rent a Property

To request a lease, tell us which property you want, the dates you will arrive and depart, and the number of people in your group. Rent a Property

Leases

Rent for a week or longer period during July and August. Shorter leases may be available during off-season months. Homes may be rented through any Nantucket real estate office (we pay commissions) or contact us directly at  johnmerson@gmail.com or 1.508.257.9021 (8 AM to 8 PM, Eastern time).


All leases include daily cleaning and concierge service, airport or ferry pickup and drop-off, advance provisioning, one catered dinner each week, cable movies, and long distance calls.


We use a standard Massachusetts vacation lease form and hold a security

deposit for confirmed leases.
